Priority Students

The Priority Students page allows admins to notify specific staff members when a particular student is in the hallway.

Creating a Priority Student

  1. Click the New Student Button: A pop-up will appear.
  2. Select the Student: Use the dropdown menu to either type the student’s name or select it from the list.
     
  3. Enter Email Addresses (Optional): Input the email addresses of teachers who should receive notifications. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
  4. Enter Phone Numbers (Optional): Input the phone numbers of teachers who should receive text messages. Separate multiple numbers with commas.
  5. Notification Options:
    • Notify After Creating Pass: Check this box to send an email or text to the selected teachers when the student’s pass is created.
    • Notify Every Five Minutes: Check this box to send notifications every five minutes after the pass is created.
  6. Save: Click Save to finalize.
    If you decide not to create the priority student, click the X to cancel.

 

Deleting a Priority Student

  1. Click the Three Dots: Select the student you wish to delete.
  2. Choose Delete: Click Delete to remove the priority student.
