RMT is meant to be used for brief communications with families and/or students related to individual questions/concerns. Some items may be better discussed on a phone call or in person. For all guardians/students (and especially messages that will be translate), we recommend succinct, clear messages. We also recommend only doing text messaging on individual messages to increase the likelihood of higher engagement.
