What does the exclamation point or change in color mean?

ReachMyTeach has different flags marked with an exclamation point and different colors like red and yellow. Here is a guide as to how to decipher the information:

The Contact I am trying to reach is yellow: 

The contact will turn yellow when we have no email or phone number to reach that contact. They are an unreachable contact. You can update the contact's information to see if it is up to date. The parent can still access the information you send, but only through their parent portal.

The PDF I am trying to upload is yellow:

ReachMyTeach limits PDFs to 7,000 characters. If you see an exclamation point next to the PDF it is because it is too large to be translated.
