At this time, we are experiencing a delay from our email provider in sending delivery confirmation callbacks. As a result, some email messages may temporarily display a status of “Sending” within the platform.

Please note: emails are being sent immediately and are not delayed. The issue is limited to the delivery confirmation status update from the provider.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to ensure all messaging functions operate reliably.
