12/12/2025- Status Update – 12/12/2025

Following the early-December backlog, our development team has been focused on improving how we mitigate message-processing delays during high-traffic periods. They have tested and implemented enhancements that make broadcast messages significantly faster, and have also been coordinating with our carriers to further strengthen performance. These improvements will be noticeable the next time you send a broadcast.


We will continue to monitor performance closely and validate results over time. Reliability remains our top priority, and we’ll share additional updates as appropriate.

12/2/2025- At approximately 5:00 am EST, we experienced a backlog that delayed message delivery across the platform. 

An update was posted at 5:19 am as soon as we confirmed the issue and began investigating.

Some reporting on the site was also slowed while messages were processing, and out of caution we resent only phone calls to a subset of recipients at 6:10 am. Some recipients may report redundant phone calls.

The system is now functioning normally. And continue to monitor and
