Description of the Incident
Beginning at approximately 8:48 PM ET on June 10, an issue affected outbound phone call delivery. The issue was limited to outgoing phone calls. Email and text message delivery continued to operate normally throughout the incident.
The issue was identified and escalated by 6:00 AM ET on June 11. Investigation determined the disruption was related to a scheduled security rotation of environment variables used to authenticate with external service providers. One authentication token did not function as expected following the rotation.

Impact
Customers sending outbound phone call broadcasts during the incident window may have experienced failed call delivery. Communications that relied on or were bundled with phone call delivery were affected, while email and text message services independently continued to operate normally.
Root Cause
As part of our security and maintenance procedures, we updated the credentials used to connect our system with external service providers. During this process, one of the credentials associated with our phone call provider did not function as expected.
As a result, outbound phone calls were prevented from being sent as expected. Communications that relied on or were bundled with phone call delivery were affected, while email and text message services independently continued to operate normally.

Authentication configuration reviewed and corrected
Outbound calling functionality tested and verified
Service restored by 7:30 AM ET on June 11, 2026
