When teachers contact students/families through SMS text or WhatsApp, they will be using a number from our bank of phone numbers.
When a districtwide call or individual phone call is made, the caller ID will be that of your school.
This means that every time a family receives a message, it will be from the same number (unless there has been a significant gap in communication). However, different families may receive messages from different numbers.
Although families can respond to messages using the number they received the message from, we advise against saving teachers' numbers. Instead, it may be helpful to save the number under the name of the school or district.
