Family Signing up for Conferences

Modified on Wed, 24 Dec, 2025 at 3:26 PM

Your school or teacher will send you a message to sign up for conferences. You can always check your signups by logging in to ReachMyTeach or going to www.reachmyteach.com/ptc

You will receive a text (or WhatsApp) and email with your invitation:

You will then be on the scheduling page. Select the date and time that works best for you to meet with the teacher.

You may have the option of choosing in person or virtual. In person conferences will be at the school, the room # should be indicated by the teacher, virtual would mean you are deciding to meet online instead of in person. Sometimes schools will only present one option.

You will see the name of the class next to the teacher's name.

If your child has multiple teachers you can continue to sign up by click "Next Invitation" or "Skip" if you do not need to meet with that teacher at this time, as not all classes necessitate a meeting.
