Welcome! Your school or district is using ReachMyTeach to stay connected with you in the languages you speak and on the devices you already use.

This article gives you a high-level overview of how communication works, and how to access and respond to messages from your school.

How You’ll Receive Messages

You’ll get messages from your school through:

• Text messages

• Emails

• WhatsApp

• Phone Call

• Or the ReachMyTeach app

No setup is needed. If your school has your contact information, you're already in the system.

Accessing Your Inbox

Want to look back at past messages?

• Click the link at the bottom of any message

• Visit www.reachmyteach.com

• Or download the ReachMyTeach app from the App Store or Google Play

Sign in with your email or phone number. You’ll receive a secure login link or passcode. No password needed.

? How to Log In and View Messages

Sending a New Message

Once you're logged in to ReachMyTeach, you can send a message to your child’s teacher:

• Click “New Message”

• If you have more than one child, choose the one you want to message about

• Select the teacher or teachers you want to contact

• Type your message in your preferred language

• Choose whether you want the reply to come by email or text

• Click Send

That’s it. You’ve started a two-way conversation with your child’s teacher.

Language Support

Messages will come in your preferred language, with English included as well. You can reply in your language, and teachers will automatically receive your reply in English.

Using WhatsApp

If you prefer to receive messages through WhatsApp, let your school know. You will receive messages from ReachMyTeach on behalf of your school, and you can reply just like any other WhatsApp message.

Other Tools You Might See

Your school may also use ReachMyTeach for:

• Attendance alerts

• Parent-teacher conferences

• Permission slips and sign-ups

These will come to your phone or inbox just like any other message, and will be easy to complete in your language.

Preferences and Unsubscribing

You can:

• Update your message preferences at any time

• Or reply “STOP” to unsubscribe

Keep in mind this may prevent you from receiving important messages like grades or school closures.
