Description of the Incident
An issue was identified where some incoming messages were not displaying translated content from another language to English. Outgoing messages continued to translate accurately throughout the incident. Message delivery remained fully operational, and all messages were received and processed as expected. There were no privacy or data security concerns. The issue affected a subset of incoming messages during the incident window.


Impact
Some users may have temporarily needed to view original-language incoming messages until translations were restored. No messages were lost, delayed, or required resending.


Resolution / Steps Taken

  • Issue identified and confirmed

  • Engineering team engaged and investigated

  • Translation display functionality restored

  • Monitoring implemented to confirm stability

  • Verified outgoing translations and message delivery remained unaffected
