Viewing Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) Statistics as an Admin

As an Admin or PTC Admin, you have access to detailed insights and statistics for Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTC) before, during, and after the sign-up period. This guide explains how to navigate and interpret these metrics to better understand and manage conference participation.

Accessing Conference Statistics

  1. Navigate to the PTC Dashboard

    • Log in to your admin account.
    • Access the conference dashboard where sign-ups and invitations are managed.

  1. Viewing Overall Statistics Under "All Invites"

    • Here, you’ll see high-level metrics for conference invitations, including:
      • Percentage Invited: Total percentage of families invited to the conference.
      • Scheduled: Percentage of families who have scheduled appointments.
      • Attended: Percentage of scheduled appointments that were attended.

  1. Teacher-Specific Details Under "All Teacher Info"

    • This section provides a breakdown of conference statistics by teacher, including:
      • Invitations Sent by Each Teacher: Total invitations a teacher has sent out.
      • Room Number: You can edit a teacher's room number if they were unable to do so themselves.
      • Students Per Class: Number of students assigned to each teacher.
      • Appointments by Teacher: Total number of appointments scheduled with each teacher.

  1. Student-Specific Statistics Under "All Student Info"

    • In this section, you can review student-specific data, such as:
      • Appointments Made: Total appointments scheduled for each student.
      • Additional Student-Level Insights: Review individual attendance and scheduling patterns.

  1. The Statistics Tab: Post-Conference Insights

    • The Statistics tab is especially useful after the conferences have concluded. Here, you can analyze attendance and engagement data, including:
      • Popular Days and Times: Identify which conference days and times had the highest attendance.
      • Appointment Breakdown by Grade: View the distribution of appointments across different grade levels.
      • Appointments by Language: Review statistics on appointments by language preference, helping you gauge language accessibility and service needs.
